Booth & Witherspoon Investments was founded in March of 2005. Jay Witherspoon and Antwain Booth are both alumni of The University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Jason Hardy is an alum of Radford University. Joe Swift, Larry Humbert, and Joe Ferrara got their experience in their local area's music/entertainment industry.
